Seven weeks ago we had a sewer backup that destroyed our wood floor. Thanks to the best contractor in Tampa, KOHLERHAUS, we have a new porcelain tile floor and couldn’t be happier with the results. Love our NEW kitchen. Big Thank You to Kohlerhaus, our Contractor, whose professional crew (led by owner Lynn Kohler), organized and put everything together including kitchen demo, electrical, new ceiling, laying floor tile, cabinetry, painting, plumbing, etc. etc. and transformed our late 1970’s kitchen into the showcase it is now. Lynn and her crew’s hands on attention to detail was over the top!
Just toured around the house, and WOWZER!!!! The wood floors are spectacular. The slate hallways are just how I imagined it spilling into the kitchen like river rock flowing into the house. Can not wait to see it all come together with the countertops in the kitchen. And, the bathrooms are perfection! Very happy we kept the larger, lighter tile in the pantry/laundry room too as it fits that room just right. We could not be happier!!!!
