Step One:

Our journey begins with a phone call to discuss your project and ensure we have a strong rapport. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an initial consultation at your residence or via Zoom to refine the project scope, investment, timeline, and style. We’ll also take measurements and provide an estimate and service fees. If the estimate is approved, we sign a contract and move to the next phase.
Step Two:
Crafting Your Design
In our studio, we create your conceptual design with preliminary sketches, a color palette, material options, and technical drawings. We share and iterate on the design with you until you’re fully confident in the project’s direction. A budget is drawn up and agreed upon including a payment schedule.
Step Three:
Planning & Preparation
Upon approval of our selections for fixtures, finishes, and materials, we place orders and procure them. We then create a project schedule based on lead times to ensure efficient progress once materials arrive.
Step Four:
Building Your Dream
We manage the construction from start to finish, organizing the scope of work, managing trades, and conducting routine quality checks. Whether you’re on-site or off-site, we keep you updated weekly, sometimes with video updates.
Step Five:
Perfecting the Details
As construction concludes, we add the final design elements — window treatments, furnishings, and personal touches — to make your house feel like home. Then, we turn it over to you to enjoy!
